Returns & Exchanges

At Meta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most new and refurbished devices within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit the Meta Order History page, select the specific device you wish to return, and click the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the device and all original accessories into the shipping box, ensuring you include a printed copy of your return label and RMA inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
